Our construction management team is ready to manage the various levels of detail required to produce top-quality work. While there are times you need to know the high-level information quickly, there are also times when you’ll need to understand the most minute details to ensure everything is exactly as you envision. Maintaining a pulse on these different levels gives our team a distinct ability to be proactive, safe, cost-efficient and timely.

The quickest form of project delivery, the CM/GC process, brings the Pre-Construction and Construction teams in early in the design process.

This can sometimes be done at the request for qualifications issued by the client or another form of engagement. CM/GC team members collaborate with the owner and design teams early in the contract document process and provide cost/design input early to help steer the project cost-wise to meet the design intent of the architect and owner. When we reach the point where the project team members feel that the cost/budget needs of the project have satisfied the design intent of the Architects and Owners, all parties will agree upon a Guaranteed Maximum Price (typically referred to as a “GMP”).
